Got a quick question. I got a Koolance Exos system(minus waterblock...thanks RogerDougans) today. Now my current case has a handle on top, so my question is can the Koolance Exos be mounted sideways? If so I'll just mount it to the oppisite side of my case(Right hand side, otherwise known as the windowless side). I may have to reinforce that side to handle the weight, but I dont think that will be too big a deal.
So what do you guys think?

honestly I don't see a problem with it because its a self enclosed unit. As long as the fans arn't blocked I think it would work fine.

is the pump in the exos and inline or sub? if inline in depends on how u position the unit. The pump might not get water and u will destroy the pump. If it is sub, then it doesnt matter how u position it(I hope), just make sure the fans are not blocked.

I gotta look at mine to check pump position and flow, but I think sideways would work ok...
I have been thinking about it since you told me you got the Exos, and the thought that has been running around in my nearly empty skull is to fab up some mounts to secure the Exos to the bottom of the case.
This idea could actually work pretty well as the fillport on the Exos is on the underside, so filling would be done by holding the system upside down and the fill screw could be easily installed afterward. Better than mine, whis has to be unbolted from the top of the case. :(
The biggest problem I see with the idea is that it would add 6 inches or so to the height of the case, to be sure there is enough clearance over the rad for airflow.
