Hi guys. I wanted to hook up my ps2 on my computer monitor. How would I do this. Like do I need just the monitor and the ps2 to be connected to each other or do I like connect the s-video to the ps2 from my videocard can I do that I have a 9600xt. with s-video.

Indeed you can. This is exactly what I do. I got myself a ghetto TV Card w/ RCA in. I just hooked my Gamecube up to that and used a TV in program by Intervideo called WinDVR.

I will warn you though, that the picture will be nowhere near as clear as it is on your TV. It's more than playable, but it just won't look as pretty. It has something to do w/ the way monitors display pictures as opposed to how TVs display pictures.
