I have a 1gig multiplier sawed with stanley knife! and set to 11 and the fsb at 109 so thats 1200 exactly, yet i changed the multiplier to 12 to try to hit 1300 (required no more cutting) and yet it just boots up and says 11x multiplier even though i mae sure about 10 times that its set to 12!!! The board says it goes up 1 gig but reserves support 4 newer ones. Could it be the board?
Oh and i have an option to set the fsb to 133 with the pcis at default and the spread spectrum to either +.05% -.5 or +.025. Yet it wont boot as if it did at the default multiplier it would hit 1330. I have rubbishy mem running at 148 and only the viakt133 could this be it or can i mke it boot up higher?
