So I got this wicked rechargable wireless mouse for my birthday. And it was working fine the first day I Was using it.

I was at school, testing it out before class. I was infact playing BF2 on my laptop :). Anyway, it started to be a little iffy. I thought it was odd, and wondered why it wasn't responding so well. But once I help the mouse closer to the receiver, it worked like a charm. So I figured IT needed a nice little recharge. No problem.

So I get into class and plug it into my USB so that I can use it during class. All is well, and I use it for the rest of the day (only about 45 minutes).

So 2 days from then I pull out my laptop at home and plug in my little mouse. I turn it on and my computer but it won't respond to anything I do. I was getting worried.

I thought maybe it was the battery so I plugged it in. That didn't work. I decided it was the channel it was on, I reset the mouse. Nothing. The receiver. Nothing. The mouse and receiver. Nothing. It would not work.

I have tried this mouse at school, at home, and at work, on several differnt computers. None of them work... any ideas guys? I mean it lights up and is sending data.. but it just isn't received I don't think.

Here is my mouse:

Funny thing is, my sister has a Labtech mouse that uses AAA batteries. She erecently replaced the batteries and now it doesn't work anymore for her...

Make sure the batteries are properly installed. Polarity matters. Make sure that they aren't slightly out of alignment with the connectors.

If that doesn't work, try non-rechargeable batteries.

Reinstall software.

If none of the above help, it is RMA time.

Hello

Try to reset your mouse from the controller it should have a button on the controller and mouse. All wireless mice and keyboard have that fuction. I usally have to reset every couple of days.

I have tried to reset it. The battery in mine is permanant lithium Ion so I can't take them out. The ones with AAAs are in properly. Anyway, I will take them back.
