Motherboard And Memory Question

Hello, i am in the market for new parts and was looking around and saw these and wondered if they will work.

My main question is the motherboard being PC3200 whilest the ram is PC2 4200, what will happen? Should i look for different memory or a mobo, and can anyone reccomend me some stuff?

I have the black version of that psu and its fine.Rails are pretty tight.12+ jump's around a little bit but stay's well with in tolerance's. I have the msi neo 2 plat (basically the same board)and its a decent board i .That ram will not work you need 184 pin DDR1 thats DDR2. NO IT WONT WORK.

But everything else is fine for a decent system
