I have recieved simmilar e mail, Report it to ebay. I was also getting e mail from banks I didn't have accounts with, I reported them and they wrote back that they caught the guy. After that I removed my e mail address from my profile.

If you ever have any doubt about an email's validity, just go directly to the site in question, NEVER the link in the email.

As Kill_A._Byte mentioned, report it to the company, you'll usually get a response telling you that they didn't send the email and thanks for reporting it.

Ebay will send you a form letter telling you to ignore and delete the e-mail.
