Bootable CD to Flash Bios

I know I asked this before but, there is a bootable CD for the DFI NF4 Boards, and the thought occured to me that could I not do this for my board and if I could how? Files are here http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showpost.php?p=61045&postcount=3

I don't get where you are going at...
There is a bootable flash disk called BIOSrom on DFI-Street.com and its updated with the latest files.

there is also a bootable flash Iso there, that you can use to flash the rom from with. I don't have a working floppy, disk and even when I did it won't work this board (Robbin Williams would say It Has Isssues) so I wa wondering if there was a way to modify that program to flash a abit rom, seeing they both use Awardflash

Just make a bootable cd (I think you can do this with nero), then put the image and the flash program on it.

yeah well thanks for the response but the Board is on RMA, seeing it refused to then read CD-Roms, it decided it didn't want to be flashed I guess.

i have been thinking of burning a bootable floppy to CD and see what happens... mainly cause i need to do some minor fixes on my laptop... that has no FDD
