Hey guys!
I`ve seen some web pages that come up with small programs that update the vga bios of my card; but when i use nvflash with a rom file named smgf256.rom it brings out an eeprom error it says...
Chip name=Geforce 256 sdr, vendorID=10Deh, DeviceID=0100h
Opened c:\vgabios\smgf256.rom successfully.
Cheking for supported EEPROM...
EEPROM man.ID, devcode (55,AA): supported EEPROM not found.
My video card is not Creative; the box in wich i bouht it said something like EGOFORCE GeForce 256; i think is a generic video card with fancy chipset; evethough it uses detonator XP ver. 21.83 and works overcloked at 140mhz clock freq/ 190mhz memory freq
