I downloaded MBM5 and my cpu temp is 57 and i believe case temp is 36. How do I load the system to check my temps there?
I tried to post a repliy to my forum below but it wouldnt let me, are we not allowed to do that here or did i do something wrong. Another question, I se some of the people have adjusted voltages, but i didnt notice that i could change mine in bios.

We really need to know what motherboard you're using to answer these questions, 57C is pretty darn warm for the CPU, you might want to look into better cooling.

I run a Shuttle AK 32 mobo. What would you suggest for better cooling? Also how do i load it to check full load temps?

Well, what do you have for cooling right now? The stock cooler that AMD gives you?

To check load temps run SETI or Folding or Prime95 (Prime is a good way to check stability). Then go get a better cooler if you're planning to overclock, because there's no way you can hope to get a good one with your temps that high.

best idea at the moment is to try and get as much air in and out of your case, get some case fans and try and have even air flow going in and out
