PCIE Riser Cards?

ok now the only way im gonna get a conventional PCIE or AGP card to work in my newly done mod is by using a PCIE riser card... now the problem is...

where? prices? best one?

and will they degrade performance at all?

any help would be appreciated...

btw its being used on a brand new case im building ... but the problem is height is way too restrictive to put anything upright except the heatsink maybe not even that :/
