Missing Java Installation Files

Currently when I try to install Java on my comp, it keeps giving me an error that some file with a bunch of letters and numbers is missing and that the installation can not continue. Any idea what's up or where I can get missing Java files? I did not see anything about this on the Java tech help. Thanks.

have you just tried to download the whole setup again ? and if so can you post the actual file name ..
