overclocking D865PERl Intel

i got this D865PERL.
3.0 Ghz P4
1 GB ram
256 MB vga

i want to overclock all. but will i be able to cuz of Intel board. but if i can CAN some1 plz tell me how too

i askd a simaler qoeustion about my intel 875---in my bios i can adjust io/clock frequency up to 4% but thats it...is thier another bios i can use...still waiting for anwser! so if thier is then thier probly 1 for your 865

You can not overclock Intel Boards. Some will allow like a 5% OC, but thats it.
