Hello , i'm new here and i'd never done OC
i just got my new computer and i wont to do a bit OC
so i whold like to know if somone could help me and tell me what to do
here is my hardware :

Mushkin Redline 4000 DDR500? - i dont sure they at that speed - ? 2-2-2-6 @ 512x4
Gainward Geforce 7800GTX @ Zalman Fatalit1y GPU cooler
W.Digital Raptor 74.Gb
Tagan EasyCon 580W PSU

i want to do OC to the CPU GPU and Memory's
not somthing CRAZY
but somthing nice
