Anyone know where to download PLL files?

been trying to find a pll data file to work with SoftFSB, or CPUFSB, but I can't find any. :( chipset is a VIA pro 133. (VT8605 & VT 82C686. me thinks. haven't opened the case to look, got it off of Sandra, and sys properties. Thx

ok, after a long search (found nothing) I tore the case off. I have 3 14.XXXX crystals on my mobo!, finally got it narrowed down to one clock..... IC works W211BH. however, after another long search (nothing ever works out the easy way does it?) still nothing, anyone have a PLL data file for an IC Works W211BH? THX
