Question on Vcore setting!!

Hi guys:

I have tried to assign a value (1.75V) to Vcore in bios but i couldn't:(

I did set the Vcore to 1.75V in bios but as soon as i got into Windows, Hardware Monitor gave me a Vcore value of 1.85V!!What's going on?????/ I am very sure that my mobo supports manual Vcore setting, but why???

Some motherboards do add an extra .1V. If it really bothers you that much or if your temps are to high then why not set it in the BIOS to 1.65V then when you get into windows & check the voltages with your software it would read 1.75V. After saving the settings in the BIOS to 1.75V can you go back into the BIOS & check what the reading is? Not were you set it but were it monitors all the voltages.
