Under a ceiling.
I recently got a Saitek Gamer's Eclipe Keyboard, and found myself typing with the tilt feet not deployed. What is the difference between a tilted and untilted keyboard? When I have it not tilted, my wrists are raised up and find it a bit uncomfortable. Is this normal?

its just made for whatever is most conforbale. Personally, I like my ms keyboard down, but some people like there keyboard up. whatever feels best to you :)

I learnt to typw on an onld IBM keyboard so it's feet deployed all the way!

But yeah, try it both ways, whatever feels more natural is best - anything else could cause you to get RSI or strain injuries or something :S.

Alright. Thanks for the replies. Actually. I think I rather prefer it down, as I'm always leaning over the keyboard... and my 6' 3" height doesn't alleviate the problem any.
