Well, my Redline died after 2 weeks of using it :( Was playing World of Warcraft and the display flickered for a moment then the system locked up. It wouldn't complete POST after that, tried clearing the CMOS, tried either stick one at a time in all slots with no luck. Put in my backup stick of Corsair 3200 and the system came to life right away. Sigh. I only had 3.3v going through it, a 80mm fan blowing on them and didn't even try overclocking with them yet.
Are people seeing a high failure rate with these modules, or am I just lucky as usual? :bang head

if the voltages you were running them at are below the spec voltages i'd RMA them
im not sure what the protocol for RAM RMAing is, but if you qualify then definately do it
They are warrantied all the way up to 3,5V. Can you tell me what kind of 80mm fan you were using when this happen?
Can you please try this:
Power off your system, take out Redlines and clear CMOS. Now use one Corsair module so you can get yourself onto BIOS. Set VDIMM to 3V and set all the memory timings to the ones you used with Redlines. Now save CMOS and shut down your PC. Now take out the Corsair module and insert Redline modules.
Please, report back.

Wow, mushkin support on the forum already. I'm impressed!
I had a Sunon fan which moves 50 CFM directly on the modules. I have 2 of these fans on the back of my case as well, and you can see in my signature what type of cooling I have on the CPU and throughout the rest of the case -everything is quite cool :)
I actually called Mushkin support about an hour ago, and they gave me the default settings to try. They basically suggested exactly what you just did - I should apply these settings they supplied me with when the Corsair memory is in, then take it out and try one Redline stick at a time... had no luck and I'm waiting for them to reply.
If you have any further ideas please let me know and I'll gladly try!
This is what we do :)
Ok, if you can try out again what I suggested with following timings:
DRAM: 200 (1:1)
CPC: Enable
tCL: 2.0
tRCD: 3
tRAS: 6
tRP: 2
tRC: 7
tRFC: 15
tRRD: 2
tWR: 2
tWTR: 2
tRTW: 2
tREF: 1168
tWCL: 1
Max Async Latency: 7ns
Read Preamble: 5ns
And the VDIMM to 3V.
Also, if you have MSN or AIM, please, feel free to add me to your contact list so I can provide better support for your needs :)

Tried those settings, still nogo. The other person I was corresponding with at Mushkin sent me the RMA information, so it looks like that is what I'll do. I was kind of sad that they don't offer advance shipment with a credit card number like OCZ does as I'd really like to minimize downtime, but I guess I can't have everything ;)
Thanks again for your help!
