ASRock not booting!

My Bro has an ASRcok board, its a hybrid board with ddr1 And DDR2 slots, and also a PCI-E and a AGP SLot. So anyways, we can't get the monitor to light up. Its no the PSU and we have tested a afew diffrent Video cards, (both PCI-E and AGP) aslo we have cleared the cmos and removed it from the case.

Any ideas its a socket 775 board?
