I've never had a problem with them. They're pretty cool guys. Make sure your credit card info is right, that caused a problem with my order.

They recently sent out emails stating that their free shipping weekend has produced a delay in their shipping department. Orders will take a couple days longer than normal to send out because of this. Apparently more customers than they expected over the weekend.

welp i got a shiping email the other day :)
turns out it shipped the 20th..
but it says ill get it on the 27th!?!

Depends on what kind of shipping you ordered from them. I always have requested
UPS ground and it takes me 5-7 days to get. Patience... They really are a great
place to buy from.
