ok my next mod is taking a power wheels jeep rangler from walmarts ( a nice one $220 + ) or the h2 and making it in to a radio controlled car & pc at once. what would be the hardest part of the mod?

That would depend on what size board you are going to use. I don't see it being very hard with a micro ATX board. I've seen a lot of Humvee PC mods.
Not too sure if you would want to use it as a RC Car though.... Vibration = Bad for computers.
i would think that the hardest part would be powering the computer. if you go wtih mini-itx you can find 12v dc input power supplies. shouldn't be to hard as long as you aren't pulling tons of power. might have to beef up the batteries

aye yuppers. but I want everything to work on it. I was thinking of adding tail lights and some speakers so on. ( like 1 8 inch woofer in the rear to make it look like it booms lol.. and or I was thinking of dissambling it complete mark all the eletrical so on. Put a brigs and strat little engine in it and make it in to a rock crawler got all the tools ( btw it still be radio controlled ).
lol, that would be pretty slick

The hardest part of that mod would be making sure the battery lasts while powering everything. If you need to, replace the stock battery with a larger battery made for cars, you can always recharge them with a portable charger at night.
What are you planning to do anyway? Make an authentic sit down type arcade game that features driving sim? if so, don'install any GTA on the PC or your kids would be looking at a new cell mate named Bubba. ;)

this is what I want to do to it.
Buy a kids eletric 4wheeler you see at wallmarts for ($300 + ) a jeep rangler ( power wheels for like $220 ) combine the 4 wheeler supepnchin on tot he power wheels jeep get air bags to raise ( like a lift kit ). get a small 5 horse power brigs and strattion engine. convert to gas. and convert to radio controll unit. and make a sweet rock crawler woot.

I would question if the Powerwheels frame could hold up to the weight and stresses of a small engine. You might be better off to start with something closer to a go-cart frame.
i don't get where the computer goes in all this. seems you're just building a rock crawler . . .

true but I was going to strength it with a angle tubing. ( make a square frame ) to be come a mouting point for the motor and wheels so on.
