front intake, back and top exhaust
also, you might think about getting a 120 if it'll fit for intake...with 2 92's exhausting, you need mor cfm going in. positive pressure is better than negative

i agree put a 120 on intake
I also agree with what the above posters say, but if you don't have room for a 120 in the lower front go with the 92mm in the lower front(int) a 92mm in the back(ex) and another 92 for the top blow hole(ex) and then put a 120mm in the left side panel blowing in on the HSF use a pass thru adapter and connect it to your PSU. This should give you excellent case cooling if your concerened with noise put them on a rheostat and slow them down under normal low load conditions.
I would have the back (provided it is sitting bleow the psu) and the 120mm front intake and a 120mm on top as exaust if you can fit one. it would give you more positive air pressure.
just a thought
I'd try all 8 combinations and see which one works best. Airflow is highly specific to your case and what you've got in it. Even the question of whether negative or positive pressure is best depends on the specifics of your setup. I personally prefer a bit of negative pressure, but that may change the next time i add a new card.
If you don't want to go through all the combos, then set the front intake, the top exhaust, and try it both ways on the back one.
