Just bought this XMS 3200, need help..

Just got the 2x512 corsair xms 3200 dual channel sticks..
My old ram was 1x512 mushkin 3200

In my bios the mhz for my ram is set at 333, and im wondering if I should have it set at 400? since its ddr400..

Another question is should I put my mushkin in with my 2x512 xms?

Yes set your RAM to DDR400 and make sure that your Vdimm is not to low. Also it's not a good idea to mix different kind's of sticks unless you edit the timings so that they match each others.

Also on a side note if you do decide to run with all 3 sticks then you will be forced to use 2T command rate. For more on that read my sticky; "Is your RAM bandwidth low? Read THIS!".
