Monitor Refresh Rate (Hz)

Quick question on my monitors refresh rate. What should it be at? I have a 17" (16 viewable) CRT Flatscreen Monitor.
Stats on System are below... and here's a picture of what I can select. Its at 75Hz now... what should/do you think it should be at? Can it be (x)Hz while playing games too? Thanks. :cool:

try 85hz. Basically, look up the manufacturer's spec's and see what they rate it at, at the resolution you're running. set it to that, and make sure that it isn't causing any problems, like flickering or shaking. If it does, try setting it back but 75hz should be considered minimum.
