I have discovered that I am experiencing extreme glitches (portions of the screen are black and white artifacts) when running the CPU tests in 3dmark 03 and 3dmark 05. I noticed this at 2.85gHz and thus backed down to 2.5 gHz although I had previously benched at 2.8 gHz without problems (on previous win XP install). At 2.5 gHz the problem remains. I also had a similar issue in PCmark04 during one of the tests. Could win2k be causing this as well? I can say for certain that temps or voltage is not an issue...load temps do not exceed 35-37 C and V is 1.45 at 2.5 gHz. I now have approx. 300 cfm of inlet air flow and 250 cfm of outlet air flow through my case as well as the XP 90c with AS 5 implemented. Thanks for any info.
Also, I have had no problems with gaming at 2.8 gHz.
Do you have a screenshot of it?

Thanks again guys, problem resolved. After reinstalling chipset and display drivers CPU test runs as it should.
Note: I installed 78.01 drivers
