creating a boot disk to update BIOS - W2K

id like to update my BIOS version but now am using W2K i cant find a way to create a boot disk for using with the flash utility. how should i proceed to update it?

you sould be able to download some version of dos there so you can get a command prompt. then just put in your floppy with the bios update and type in awdflash or whatever the command is and it will start the update process. it will probably ask you if you want to back up your old bios. and then your basically set.

btw dont do it overclocked or in a lightning storm.

here is a link with instructions to do that, create a boot disk, but not for flashing , i find it best just to boot up with a version of dos, for bios flashing, but just my pref
