P4t533 and XP120

Does anyone know if the XP120 will fit on a P4T533.Yes this is a ghetto old Rambus board.But the client likes the reliability out of it .Plus he has grip of money in a gig of 1066 rambus for this board.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

looks like it may touch the ram slots
and there is no need to put an xp-120 on a nw or willimete. Get an xp-90 for half the price, unless he has one already

Wht's XP120? A cooler? P4T533 can accept even a Zalman CNPS-7700, it can't be bigger than that to fit, can it?
