My rig is an Athlon64 s754 3000 Newcastle OC'd to 2.34ghz with voltage set to max at 1.7v. Im also powering Nvidia vanilla 6800, 1 SATA 7400 rpm drive, 1 DVD-R, a dual cold cathoed, 4 80mm casefans, and 1 fan controller and 1 temp monitor. I am using what came with my Raidmax case to power this, it's a 420w Enermax PSU. Sometimes when I boot I can;t get past the memory screen to where it starts to load IDE drivers, the fix is to click the power off on the PSU then reboot. Is this power supply not enough? or I hear alot about clean power vs. dirty power....what do you guys think? I know Enermax isn't top of the line but it's not bottom either and as far as determining how many watts I guess I don;t have a good rule of thumb

Well I wouldn't trust anything coming from a raidmax case. I'd definately look into changing the psu, heck it might even be limiting your overclock. A fortron 500w would be fine for your system.
