what is the difference between makeboot.exe and makebt32.exe in W2K CDs?

16bit and 32 bir versions of the .exe
16bit for 16bit OS's
32 for 32

Ok Im going to sound very ignorant here, but uh, Whats the diff between 16 and 32 bit?

I dont know software very well... help me out a lil! :D
