I got an old computer that I'm planning on turning into an HTPC. It came w/ a GeForce2 Ti that has TV out.

What I would like to do is enable dual monitors in clone mode w/ the CRT and the TV, rather than have to jump back and forth whenever I want to watch a film. Is there any way to do this?

Current driver revisions have dropped support for the GF2 Ti series, so I can't just go w/ newer drivers. Is there just something really simple I'm missing or something?

Thanks!

hey i believe you have to install the latest forceware drivers and then install the WDM driver.

Latest Nvidia Graphics Driver 71.84 for Geforce2 Ti March 11, 2005 (http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_71.84.html)

WDM 2.26 Latest May 2, 2005 Geforce 2 through Fx GPU's (http://www.nvidia.com/object/wdm_geforce2-fx_2.26.html)

install graphics driver first !!

Ok, I'ma try this now and report back!

Thanks!

edit: After fighting w/ it for quite a while, I still have no joy. I guess I'ma just have to bounce back and forth from TV to CRT. It won't be that much of a problem.

Thanks!

No, but why would that matter?
