Open Window Media Player
Then go to Tools>Options
In Options, select the Performance Tab
Way below you click on the Advanced Button
Uncheck "Use Overlays'
Click Ok
And you are ready. "
 
If you can load the video in a program for playing DVDs, the "C" key usually captures the screen to your clipboard. Then you can fire up your graphics proggie and <ctrl-v> will give you what you are looking for.
 
yeH and if you play the DVD that black square starts showing the movie. It's pretty weird.
