Im a freshman at college this. Anywas I brough my DDR pads with me, when I packed them I was thinking man every going to look at me in my room playing DDR and go look at that idiot. I couldnt have been more wrong.
Every single time I get my DDR pads out I meet at least 2 people who want to try. I have met more than 30 people playing DDR, which is impressive for me as Im kind of shy.
DDR=Awesome party game. Also since I dont drink its hilarioius to watch drunk people try to do DDR

HAHAHHAHHA!
oh man, i'd be scared if somoene drunk was playing DDR. First they'd ruin my computer, monitor, bed, tv, ps2. Then to top it off, I get the lovely chunks ;)
LOL
Man, what a coincidence. Today we had a fair-carnival type thing after school since it's homecoming week at our highschool and guess what our group did to make some cash...DDR! I've gotta say it was a blast and we had people dancing all four hours. Of course we had really sweet hard pads with handle bars and all but damn is that game popular.
DDR brings everyone together!

it is a great game, I brought my DDR Ultramix and In the groove disks for PS2 along with my pads and my other games to school again this year. they are fun just to relax playing and get a decent workout without leaving the room.

Actually I use stepmainia so I have an ungodly amount of songs;. I have the medium pads that have the inch thick foam inside but still are fabric
A buddy of mine has a nice hard pad from RedOctane. It's hella-durable, and should be for the price.
When I can, I'ma grab a few and an adaptor for my Gamecube :)

I used to have a hardpad from Red Octane and it was very nice. Was able to stand my fatness jumping around on it. I sold it before I went to college though, figured people wouldn't appreciate me hopping around at 3:00 in the morning.
