why does everyone always have better performance than me in games...

In DoD and in everything else people are getting really good FPS and im getting like **** fps...

DoD is killing my x800Xt i tohught that card was good... heh

is it because im running antivirus? that cant bring me down 20-30 frames?


Also i think one of my maxtor drives is dying but its only a storage drive i dont run anything off of it...

Perhaps you need more ram? Have anti-alaising on? What do you have running in the background, other than antivirus?

we have the same settings in games...

antivirus,mirc,msn... prolly 250mb of ram used..

Who is "everyone else"? Same driver settings too?
