PC Build - Round 2

If some of you remember, I posted a little while ago that I was looking for some upgrades, specifically a new motherbaord/processor combo. Now I think that I might as well go ahead and build myself a new decent computer. However, I need your help. I want to make my computer as cost-efficient as possible while still retaining decent parts. I'm not sure If I want SLI yet, but I think that I should get it anyway, even if I don't get 2 cards now, just so I can be set for the future. Here is what I have so far:

MSI K8N Neo4 Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice CPU
OCZ Value 1GB (2x512) DDR
BFG 6800GT Video Card
Seagate Barracuda 120GB SATA HDD
Raidmax X1 Case
Fortron 400W

ditch that motherboard and get an Epox or a DFI. I would also get OCZ Gold Edition instead of Value Ram but it's your choice.
