i wanna use the system for gaming and overclocking, whats the better OS for better a higher benchmark? and is their any incompatible software with X64?

xp 64 doesn't let you get as high an overclock, in my experiences. Started to get a little weird past 4ghz.

the first step to using xp_x64 is having a 64 bit cpu, which you don't, according to your sig.

lol oops thats my old system, i got a fx-57 for my primary rig now
