besides flashing my bios with the latest update that enables the compatibility of the celeron 256KB L2 cache 1.2ghz celeron 3 I just ordered, is there anything else I should know?

What's the maximum voltage I can pump into her to make the 133mhz bus?

According to another thread, TC says I can still use my Pal 6035 heatsink...

Yes you can use the same heatsink.
1.55v seems to be a popular voltage but I have seen some claiming to use as much as 1.85v.

I'll check Intel's spec sheet to see what they official cap the voltage at.

Thanks Placid. Wish me luck, though it could be weeks before i actually have one in hand.

You can still use the pal 6035 - remember these chips run cooler than older P3's so what was a good heatsink before is even better for a tualatin. Due to the glitch in the asus tusl2c not recognizing the P3 with large cache, my board is stuck at 1.7 volts, and I've had no problems running Seti 24/7 at 1583MHz.
