There is any Sata 10000rpm 16mb out there??I have a raptor,it`s time to upgrade!!!

I dont think that exists right now. AFAIK only maxtor and WD have 16Mb cache models and all of them are 7200rpm.

I guess, so far not counting the scsi drive,the raptor is the fastest drive??

scsi is the only way your going to get more and even then 16m is not going to happen. your best bet is to get 3-4 74gb raptors and set up a raid 5 or raid 10.

Right, Raid0 is your choice. But need to watch your data.
