No OS needed, we have a spare legal copy of XP Pro.

If the answer is no, could you please show me a better deal? Keep in mind there is no way he'd be willing to spend nearly anything more then this, and if possible cheaper is better.

Id recomend building one...its a lot cheaper and better.

Also, if he doesnt really need the two SLi cards then drop one, one of those canplay BF2 fine, at med settings. Also, if you drop one you can get some better RAM or a better motherboard.

EDIT: A better PSU may be a wiser investment.

And also, if you have $300 to spare on video cards, get a 6800 GT, which will have about the same performance as 2 6600 GT's. The whole point of SLi is to buy one card now, and than when you get the money, you buy another. This way it's a cheaper upgrade, instead of buying one $150 card now, than a $300 dollar one later (Totaling $450.), you pay $150 now and $150 later (Totaling $300, savings of $150.) to get the same performance as buying the $300 card to replace the $150 card. /Rant
