Computer Alarm Clock App?

Does anyone know of a good free program that can turn your computer into an alarm clock?

Thanks, I also found College Alarm Clock. It works fairly well and it's free.

I used to just use task scheduler to play a music file at whatever time. Pretty crude I guess, but it worked

I used the college alarm clock too. Was kinda hard to get used to but once I got used to it it ruled. I love waking up to music.

i use the built in timer feature in QCD (Quintessential player) to play a music file.

I use the integrated windows task sheduler thing. I play music when I want to wake, I just have it set to play a file at a certain time.


Another option if you dont keep our computer on 24/7 is some bioses have an option to turn your computer on at a certain time, my A7n8x had that. so you could set you computer to turn on at a certain time then play a speicif file (like a movie or music) on startup

I probably would be using my PC as an alarm clock if my Power Supply didn't make a lot of noise (It would be easier to sleep).

i needed a little app and its free, works real well. all the other programs added spyware(it did mention it on the agreement).
