478 m/b highest vcore vdd

I have been messing around with a p4 3ghz
And a Celeron d 2.6ghz under a vapo

I need more vcore and vdd

Q. What would be the best off the shelf 478 m/b

i would like to add i have been using a p4p800 se
with vcore and drop but this combo has not worked as well as i hope
