Well, for christmas I have the option of getting a complete watercooling rig (Lian Li PC70, Waterblock, pump, radiator, etc.) or an AXP 1800+ (or whatever is best at the time.)

My question is, should I wait for the Hammer in 2002 (my birthday is April 4th so It may be out by then...) and get watercooling now, or get an XP now and go watercooling later?

I think watercooling will benifit me more right now... What do you guys think? (Oh and BTW I always have a chance at an XP when AMD comes to Atlanta)

I only had to think about a microsecond.

Get the cooling rig. More expensive and longer useful life than any CPU :D

With those options. I would go for the water rig...but if you could get a cpu and motherboard with some ram then go for that.

Yup! Cooling for sure. More speed now, even more speed later, cooler temps all the time.

Not to mention that the pipes look really cool.
