I'm always noticing new things around the shop, well today, one of the other mechanics left one of their tools in our tool box. It was a vaccum pump. It is a little hand-held tool you use to suck up liquids, but most importantly is what is hooked up to this pump, a little plastic cup, with two tips on it for hose connections, looks to be about 3/8ths.
The cup by itself is way too small for watercooling purposes, but if any of you feel like hunting around auto-parts stores for vaccum pumps that come with a bigger cup, go for it. This would be perfect for people new to water cooling, so they don't have to mod a underground electrical box into a resevoir like I tried to do about two months back.
