Are the new AMD XP's factory unlocked at a special number like the thunderbirds were unlocked at 1.2? I hope so.

as far as i know they are not unlocked and they are real hard to unlock because of the laser cut trench. at least thats the way i understood it..

if you really want an unlocked XP you can get the XP MPs which are the same but will be better for MP systems and are factory unlocked,
