Need some help with Ic7-Max3 o/c'n

When I set the fsb to 250 Windows XP gets some kind of error when booting and the screen display is so fast that I have no idea what is on the screen.

I have not tried raising any voltages yet.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

first thing is to see what you memory can do. 250fsb might be to high for pc3200.
