I out to build a new system. It's going to be as high end as I can make it. So money within reason is not an issue. I'm not new to the idea of water cooling but to date I have never tried it. Anyway this is the system I'm planning and the cooling compents for it.

ASUS A8N32-SLI
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ Toledo
2 Gigs Corsair XMS-3500LL PRO
2 Western Digital Caviar SE16 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA II
2 BFG Geforce OTC 7800GTX 256MB GDDR3
Li-Lian PC 777b
PS - The biggest I can fit in the case

WC components:

Swiftech MCP655
Swiftech Storm
Blackice Pro 2
Thermaltake AquaBay M1 Flow and Level Indicator
Danger Den Aqua-Drive
Danger Den NV-78SLI

Ok that is the list right now. Please provide any feedback on the water setup. I'll be using 7/16 Tygon tubing, and FuildXP+. I know the jury is out on FuildXP but with the power supply at the bottom of the case I don't really want to take a chance.

Now at least one question though I figure there will be many more. What would be the best loop configuration. If I mount the hard drives up high I can probably fit the radiator in the drive bay or at least that may be a possiblity, won't know until I get the case.

both of these are incredibly wasteful and will hurt overall performance. i think you should get a bigger radiator because you're going to be dealing with a lot of heat. i think a dual heatercore is about as small as i would go.

completely agree with crime dog. was the first thing i was going to point out.
though the 4800s dont run as hot i hear

you did say high end right?
if so dont skimp on the case as it will ultimately determine what your coolling and quiteness setup will be like.
