not from them BUT i have helped design a 6 fan version ( made completely of silver minus end caps) , i did most of it except the the end caps and those have a similar shape to the ones on it but mine was a single pass

OMG :eek: $1400 thorilan I wondered how much that silver rad project cost to build! BTW did you win the contract to build that comp?

no i was disqualified from the team. the computer won the competition by a huge margine.
catagories won:
innovation
design
craftsmanship
OC
noise
grafics test
memory test
application test
overall appeal

catagories lost:
size ( not a catagory but you get penalized per cubic cm )
harddrive test
music test
cd/dvd burn test ( this was such a close a one that it was almost a tie)


the 1400 was for not only silver but the special manufacture process. the process has never been used before as i understand it and that was the majority of the cost.

that's crazy. $1400 for a silver radiator. makes sense that it was for a competition as no one else in their right minds would spend that kind of cash for that.

A few bucks more and you could have a core modified by weapon (MonsterCore) and a trick shroud for the fans... that will whip the VoyeurMods units ;)
