I decided to switch over one of my computers from the text client to the graphical one in light of the realization that there will not be a way to put the text only version in the tray (at least for some time).

When you run the graphical client what does the 'Finished WUs' entry stand for? Is that ones still to be uploaded?

The reason I am asking is because the text client had 2 'w_results' files in the work directory before I switched. I copied those out of there before I cleared the directory to make way for the graphical client.

After installing the graphical client, I put them back in hopes they will be uploaded.

Has anyone else done something like this. I'd hate to lose those results.

Thanks all,
DB

I'm using the text version of the software and EM. Em doesn't work correctly in terms of showing the wus being worked on, but it does high the fah does window. That's the only reason i'm running it.

Didn't like the graphical version. It makes a mess of my video.

The client counts how many work units it's finished. It does count wu's that were sent back. I wouldn't pay much attention to it though, since it doesn't count all of the wu's you turned in. Just the ones that were turned in by that particular client. It's been reset several times for me and I don't think it's a very valuable number.
