free program to moniot kb/mb uploaded/downloaded?

Just like subject says? I just want a no frills program that runs in sys tray and adds up all that stuff.

I dont know of any free programs, but you can try the demo of DUMeter.

I use DUMeter, and it works great. It will show current bandwidth, along with stats to show daily, weekly, monthly, etc... data usage.
