hey i know there's a lot of you out there who make your own avatars. i was wondering if anyone could direct me to a site or something to help me get started. im pretty interested in the whole thing. thanks.

What program do you/will you use?

I reccommend Ulead GIF Animator 5, along with either Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

There is a trial version of GIF Ani 5 available from www.ulead.com , so I suggest to start, you d/l that and the manual, give it a bash, and post your questions here........
