check out what i found (its old)

well i was walking around after hitting a tennis ball with my softball bat (don't ask) and i found a piece of plastic with the apple logo on it (the old rainbow one) and a metal badge that had Microline ML80 written on it was stuck to the plastic.
i peeled the badge off, took it home, scrubbed the glue off and stuck it onto my old pII 300 with super glue .
after a bit of snooping around i found out it belongs to this old printer
its an Okidata Microline ML80 printer.

see the black badge to the right of the Okidata logo? thats the one i found.

i just thought id post this because its cool to find uber-old stuff. i could barely even find one picture of the printer.
does anyone know when these things were manufactured?


omg i just looked at the articles date and its from 1983! thats old!

I threw one of those old printers away last month. Still worked but who uses line printers any more?

i have never seen one but i just like the old badge
