i would go with a 7800gtx instead of 2 6800gts bc u can always add another 7800gtx later and if iam not mistaken i think a 7800gtx outperforms 2 6800gts anyways but i may be wrong

but beside that nice setup :) O and :welcome: hehehe my first welcome ahhhhh it feels good :p

Turtle shell is right, a single 7800gtx beats duel 6800gts hands down. Also, I don't really like thermaltakes and I think others make better cases for the money but that's your choice i suppose. I'd change the powersupply, get a OCZ powerstream.

Why do you want to go with Intel this time around? AMD clearly has a much better dual core solution, especially if your going to spend the money on an 840. Also as suggested above I would get a 7800GTX over 6800GTs in SLI, or if you want SLI and can stretch your budget a little more two 7800GTs.

As for the rest of the system, looks good, however I would get some really good cooling as Pentium Ds get really hot. When I helped my cousin OC his 830 system this summer temps of 60C+ were seen when running dual P95.
